Due to the concentration of knowledge and activity (including the Chemelot-Brightlands campus, MAA and VDL Nedcar) in areas such as chemistry, materials, automotive production and logistics, the region forms a knowledge cluster in which everyone can develop into a permanent value. In the Western Mining Region, employers are willing to invest in you to ensure that supply and demand on the labor market match each other, now and in the future.
For example, Chemelot will need approximately a thousand process operators in the coming years. Zuyderland structurally needs new healthcare employees and VDL Nedcar, which is currently significantly expanding its production capacity to attract more international clients, is looking for new employees every day.
