Winnaars Brilliant Business Awards 2024
In 2024 werden de Brilliant Business Awards uitgereikt in de Business Lounge van het Fortuna Sittard stadion. De Etalage uit Geleen mocht de Parel in ontvangst nemen. Nedlin uit Elsloo ging er met de Diamant vandoor. En de Robijn werd uitgereikt aan Human Material Loop uit Geleen.

Nedlin Healthcare
Nedlin heeft in Elsloo een meesterwerk neergezet in de vorm van een hyperduurzame industriële wasserij die de nieuwe standaard zet in de hele wereld. Een uniek project, waarbij elk deel van het wasproces onderzocht en opnieuw uitgevonden is. Een bedrijf gedreven door automatisering, zelf ontworpen machines, intelligente oplossingen, energiebesparing en een eigen waterzuiveringsinstallatie.

Human Material Loop
Human Material Loop is een materiaalinnovatiebedrijf dat techniek ontwikkelt om van mensenhaar een bruikbare kledingvezel te maken. De start-up is gevestigd op de Brightlands Chemelot Campus en gaat in 2024 voor het eerst de internationale markt op. Met als missie een tegenwicht te gaan bieden voor de zeer vervuilende textielindustrie met een bronmateriaal dat overal tere wereld voorhanden is.

De Etalage
Bistrot-bar de Etalage heeft een bliksemstart gekend in het eerste jaar in hartje Geleen. Elke dag streeft het team naar perfectie op het bord en in het glas en dat blijft niet onopgemerkt, met vermeldingen in de Michelin-gids en 13 punten Gault&Millau. Een kledingwinkel is volledig gerenoveerd een aangepast tot sfeervol restaurant waar gasten op hun wenken bediend worden.
